Act 117 – Parental Education of Type 1 Diabetes
On October 29, 2024, Act 117 was signed into law in Pennsylvania. This law, which is effective December 29, 2024, added section 1414.12, related to Type 1 Diabetes Education Parental Notification to the Public School Code.
