Coin Drive

Otto-Eldred Elementary School is holding a coin drive in support of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month from September 16 through September 26. Students are welcome to bring in loose change during these dates. We will collect change during homeroom time and will donate all proceeds to the PUNT Foundation and Courage for Carly. Please see our coin drive flyer for additional details. Thank you for your support!

Open House

Please join us for our open house on Wednesday, September 25. In an effort to allow parents to visit multiple classrooms, the schedule is as follows:

  • 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. - Kindergarten through 3rd grades
  • 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. - 4th through 5th grades

You will have the opportunity to see student work and classrooms, meet PTO members and discuss upcoming events, learn how to log on to the student grade book, and more! Please see our open house flyer for more information. We hope to see you there!

STEM Recycling Project

Start collecting, finding, and saving five cent returnable bottles and cans for our STEM recycling project. Our goal is to bring over 10,000 cans or bottles to school. Please see our STEM recycling project flyer for additional information, and thank you for helping out our STEM program!

Vision Screenings

We will be completing vision screenings for all students during the month of September. Please ensure that students are wearing their prescription glasses on a consistent basis. If we send home a referral for your child, please see an eye care specialist as soon as possible.
